Banana Caramel Butterscotch Cake

What You'll Need

  • 3 Pounds Bananas – Approximately 6 Bananas Mashed
  • 2 Sticks Unsalted Butter – Melted
  • 4 Eggs
  • 3 3/4 Cups Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Vanilla
  • 1 Tablespoon + 1 Teaspoon
    Baking Soda
  • 1 Tablespoon Salt
  • 5 2/3 Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 3 Cups Butterscotch Chips
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar

Preparation

Place mashed bananas, melted butter and eggs in a bowl and mix together.

Add granulated sugar and vanilla and mix until well combined. Add baking soda, salt, and flour and mix until well combined. Fold in butterscotch chips.

Pour into greased 9x5 bread pans or 8” cake pans. Sprinkle brown sugar on top.

Bake at 350 for approximately 35-45 minutes or until light golden brown.

Let cool completely before removing from pan.

Makes 2 9x5 bread pans or 2 8" deep round pans
