•  1 lb. Fresh kale, washed and chopped

  • 1/2 of a red bell pepper, sliced thin

  • 1/2 cup of Feta cheese, chopped

  • 1/4 cup of Kalamata olives, pitted

  • 1/4 cup of Foodstuffs Toasty & Spicy Almonds

  • 1/8 cup of Honey

  • Dash of Cumin powder

  • Dash of Curry powder

  • 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil

  • Dash of salt

  • Dash of black pepper 

Kale and Chickpeas Salad


In a small bowl whisk honey, cumin, curry powder, and oil.


In a large bowl toss kale, bell pepper, feta cheese, olives and almonds.

Add dressing to a large bowl. Toss and season to taste.
