Foodstuffs is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your experience, please let us know by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or visiting one of our retail locations. We will do everything we can to make it right.
We ship to all Continental U.S. States, everywhere in the U.S. besides Alaska & Hawaii. Please allow up to 2 business days for shipments to process. Shipments are sent via FedEx, which does not permit shipping to P.O. boxes. Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
Return Policy In-Store
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with an item purchased in-store, you may return the item with your receipt for a full refund within 7 days. Note: Refunds may take up to five (5) business days to process.

What If I Need To Make A Change To My Order
If you would like to make a change to your order or delivery address, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can make the necessary changes and try to keep your delivery timely. Please note that changes made to your order can delay delivery times.
When Will My Order Arrive?
Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirming we have received your order. We will start working on packing your order as soon as possible.
You will receive an email once your items has shipped with a tracking number, which you can track your package through FedEx.
Our weekly menu changes every week. The menu for the following week is posted the Tuesday before.
If you would like or order a custom cake, feel free to call your local Foodstuffs store and place your order. Please allow 72 hour notice on all cake orders.
